Driver will make 80% of fare admin will make 20% cover credit card fees and site related and app keep up fees. We pay 5 percent better than the rest.  Not only are we cheaper we will be transparent about everything. There will be no guessing for what you pay or what you earn. There is no one day you will earn 80% next time seem like it's 65%. We are upfront drivers will get 80% of the fare unless during surge, they get 70%. A 20% on the normal  to 30% on a surge the fee to the admin is split 50/50 with riders and drivers.
